About Steve
At 19 years old, Steve Hannett was miraculously healed of cancer through a supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ — an encounter that forever set the course of his life. That moment ignited a God-breathed passion to see the truth of the Gospel touch multitudes, and he has been walking in that calling ever since.
Steve carries a powerful apostolic, teaching, and healing anointing, ministering across the nations with signs, wonders, and miracles through the working of the Holy Spirit. As Founder & CEO of the Gospel Mission Network, Steve oversees a growing apostolic church network building disciples, churches, and leaders domestically and internationally. He is also the founding Lead Pastor of Abundant Grace Church in Rutherford, NJ — a church of house churches committed to the Great Commission.
An ordained apostolic leader pursuing his doctorate in ministry, Steve partners with BILD International and the Antioch School of Church Planting & Leadership Development to equip churches with accredited theological training programs across North America and abroad. He serves as a team leader for the Metro Equipping Coalition, sits on the Apostolic Leadership Council of Christ Covenant Coalition (presided by Bishop Joseph Mattera), and serves on the Board of Jesus to Muslims. He is also the founder of the Gospel Mission Training Initiative.
Steve is the blessed husband of Pastor Kate Hannett and father of three.
