LIFE & MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT
MENTORING
Course modules help students employ the New Testament as a manual for church development, particularly through the keys taught in the Book of Acts and the Pauline Epistles.
It's all about developing people grounded in a deep understanding of God’s design of who they are and what they are called to do. We deploy extensive mentoring and evaluation done by church leaders using biblical qualifications for ministry.
Our school values build upon the Paul-Timothy Model of training found in 2 Timothy 2:2. It's about apprentices learning from mature, seasoned leaders in the context of trusted relationships.

Teaching Practicums are opportunities to learn through substantial teaching experiences coupled with personal reflection and assessment.
Ministry Practicum is all about experiential learning. It's about learning by actually being engaged in ministry and learning through guided experience.

*The Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). The Distance Education Accrediting Commission is a recognized member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). The Distance Education Accrediting Commission is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized accrediting agency.
*The Gospel Mission Network takes seriously the authority of the local church and local church leaders. We are a church-based ministry doing our very best to support the work of churches by partnering with them. As such, we require approval and recommendation of local church leaders for their members to participate in the Gospel Mission Training Initiative. All requests and recommendations can be submitted by completing the GMT Commendation Form.
